- The refund request must be made within 24 hours of the deadline passing, and the customer must provide clear evidence that the work was not delivered as agreed.
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days of the refund request being approved.
We encourage you to communicate with the customer as soon as possible if you anticipate any delays in the delivery of their work. We also advise that you manage your time effectively and prioritize your work to avoid any delays.
Please note that consistently delivering work late can result in negative consequences, including the termination of your account with our company. We expect all our experts to deliver work on time and to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
